My 91 JDM TII will start for a split second when i return the key from the start position to the on position. My lead coil packs are getting a VERY low voltage and do not spark when the engine is trying to start. However it sparks great when the key is turned to the on position. Is this an ECU problem? I tried another N374 that i bought from this site a while ago and none of my coil packs worked
