leading coil issue vanished

OK, so I have had the car at our house in the garage the past 2 weeks. I brought it here from my grandparents house(they never used their garage so I made use of it for my rebuild and storage) about 2 weeks ago. I pull it in and the next day the leading coil won't fire. So I spend the last 2 weeks troubleshooting it. Explore everything I could think of and everything HAILERS said to do. So it still isn't working and my dad keeps hastling me to get the car out of the garage. So I decide I'll bring it back to the grandparents house. So I am at their house shoveling out the driveway before I bring it in. Car is sitting there idling. I finish shoveling and hop back in the car. Give it a quick rev and BAM it actually revved up!!! I get out and check and sure enough the leading coil is firing. Out of the blue it just decides to work.

Is that odd or what? 2 weeks spent on figuring it out and just when I was about to put it away for a few weeks she comes back to life. I have heard of this happening before, but why in the hell does it fix itself out of the blue?

sounds like the coil is not well grounded. Unbolt it and clean all the grounds on it
