Late 90's Cobra Mustang vs. 89' TII (Last One, lol)

Ok, this is the last one I want to know, i dont think i have any other friends with cars they claim to be fast, lol. Anyways, my cousin has a cobra, i think i heard him say one time that he has straight pipes and a chip, not sure though, would it even be close?

you baffle me, you can find the answer to your question on the sites that i gave u in the last thread. but anyway

1999 mustang cobra coupe (probably automatic, if they come in autos, since the 99 GT manual has the same acceleration #'s)
0-60: 5.5
1/4 mile: 14.1

2001 mustang cobra coupe (definitely manual)
0-60: 4.8
1/4: 13.5

89 TII
0-60: 6.3
1/4: 15.0
