Last Minute Clutch Install questions (turbo II)

UPDATE: the job is done. I did it without removing the Downpipe, it didn't get in the way at all.
I am going to post up some pictures of the old clutch.. The throwout bearing is the worst I have ever seen....
The car pulls much harder now. I have a brake system vacumme leak I need to deal with, but overall the clutch job went well. I needed a hand when I went to put the transmisson back in (to push the engine back toward the firewall) but the rest was a one man job..

Here are the pictures.. NOTE: check out how out of round/discolored the throwout is...
This clutch was all kinds of burnt.. The presure plate was deeply gouged, and the disk was worn past the rivets.
