Large ebay intercooler fitment pics

I picked up a 32x12x3 intercooler off ebay last week and riped off my npr to see just how well it would fit, figured some fc guys would like to see how well something of that size would work

no i dont have a real 'bumper' at the momnent, once the intercoler is mounted and plumbed im going to make someting as strong or stronger than the stock piece

the plumbing will be though the holes behind the headlights, shouldnt take more than a few hours to complete

Need to pulll that overflow and get one to mount elsewhere. its current location isnt helping airflow.

Yeah, but assuming that he is using the stock bumper and its opening...the opening is much below the bottle...its not really in the way.

Its good space for the plumbing and the cooler in front of the radiator, all you need is to remove some of the plastic and bend the servo cooler a little back.

Well i finnaly got around to plumbing the intercooler. work, and the 10000 other projects kind of got me sidetracked but here goes

somewhere i found time to polish my compressor housing

Some of the pipes are already painted because there from the previous setup, so i didnt cut up the j-bends didnt need. took 45min to make it all work. tommorow ill pull it off, file off the burrs, weld on lip so the couplers done slide apart and put on the t-bolt connectors

im happy with it, and i hope the photo's help with other peoples fmic setups if they cant figure it out on there own

well it fits, but since it looks like a drag only unit if you use it for street driving how will you be compenstating for pressure drop & boost lag? Also keep an eye on coolant & oil temps.

I also am happy with the fitment. i was amazed when i saw it BOLTED UP to exsiting holes. just make some brackets outof some flatstock for the bottem and she will be good

I weld bead's around the edge of all the pipes, i tried getting along without it with my first ic setup.. didnt work
