Exclamation Lacking in the Horse power department

Well i think i got my timing problem solved thanks to your help, but im still lacking some horse power here. Theres some hesitation that shouldn't be there and so forth. My full engine specs are :93-95 rotor housing, street ported, lightened rotating assembly, lighten flywheel, heavy duty racing beat clutch,and s5 lightened rotors(by Rx7 specialities). I know im being kinda vague but i was just wondering what you people thought. It just doesn't have the go it should, i mean its not totally gutless, and im still in the break in period(i don't take it over 5000), but it should have more power than this and it hesitates a little on the take off and shortly after (800-2500rpm) im just looking for ideas here, i spent money on this engine to be fast and its not impressing me yet......

what ecu are you using? mods? etc.. BTW I never went above 4k on my reman, and broke it in for approx 3k miles.
