I have searched and checked many things.

I will be as specific as i can.

88 GXL with heavy streetport and full Racing Beat exhaust, air pump removed and properly blocked.Emission removed and TB mod done all Properly blocked, otherwise stock.

Car ran great for years, then sat for a few years. I did go out and fire her up and let her run for a bit often. Once in a while i would take a short ride and all is well. Just before winter i stated her up and another short drive all is well. I go out and start her the other day, put in a new battery, all is still well, i run her for about 20 minutes and i rev up to about 6000 a few times once warmed up and still well. I go to take a ride down the road, first gear to 5000 then shift, i get about a second, then sputters, then good again, then sputters again. i go about an eighth mile turn around, and she sputters all the way back. I barley make it in the driveway. i shut off and let sit for a few minutes. i start back up all is well for about 30 seconds, then i cant rev past 2500, she bounces as i give her gas. i shut down, give her a few minutes, and this time she starts but i only get the bouncing. i shut down again, and this time a quick i want to start but don't. i give her a bit and try again, kind of starts, but shuts right down.

Tests done:
Fuses OK
Relay OK
Fuel Pump OK
Brand new plugs
Fresh fuel
Fuel filter ok

I check plugs again, they are dry, so im not flooding, i have spark. im getting fuel all the way to rail and return was checked at the pump, all is good there. injectors tested fine. seems like the injectors are not being called to deliver fuel what am i missing?
