Arrow KYB shox ride height

Ok guys I have a set of KYB non adjustable shox and eibach pro-kit springs. I have had the front on for a while and finally got the rear on yesterday. First thing I noticed was that the rear was kinda high. The front has about 2 inches of clearance between the tire and fender while the rear has about 4. Is this normal? This also made me realize that the front shox are silver and say gr-2 and the rear are white and say gas-a-just. Are these the same set or was i sold a mismatched set?

Thanks for any help. Just incase it helps I have phone dials (for now)

you got the right shocks, front GR2 and back gas adjust. no problem there. I can not comment on the ride height because I just don't know what those springs did to the height. I do know when I lowered my car the springs were supposed to lower it 1 inch, but actually only made a 1/2 inch difference because the old springs sagged so much

Struts do not control ride height. You can compress these things by hand so there is no way they are influancing your ride height. Struts control the spring.

Have you driven the car and given it a chance to settle?

Well the suspention in the car were the original shocks/springs so the springs which were supposed to lower it about an inch actually raised it like 2.5 in the rear. Not sure about the front though. The shocks I took out were soo bad that they compressed themselves when held upright.
