We rebuild shocks in house and the koni's are some of the best. We're actually working on making some drop in Koni coilovers for an FC we've done a bunch of work on..

1revvin7 what is the best bolt in shock you think on the market i dont want to have to send my shocks to get rebult. or can you sell me a set that is already done

They are probably the best damper / strut in their price range.
Too bad Koni doesn't make a drop-in MacPherson for the front though.
The Koni yellows can handle some pretty big springs through our experience.

I ran Koni Yellows with Ground Control sleeves and Eibach linears on my Jetta. I was really impressed with how well it worked out. 375f/382r never a problem, and the handling was extremely tight. Ride quality barely suffered at all. I would highly recommend these if you have the money.

On a side note, I was told they max at around 450-500 lb spring rates, and that is pushing it, but I don't know how accurate that is. I know my friend was running 500f/700r on his M3 and never had a problem.

Yeah I know, thats what we are working on.

We toying with tossing in the electronic stuff from the Lamborghini's we work on..
Since we have an entire crate of em'...
