Question Koni Refab?

Does anyone have any expeience having Koni rebuild their struts? I have a friend who recently replaced his struts after about ten years use because the rears were leaking. Koni will refab their units but I was wondering how much it'll cost and if it's cost effective Vs. buying new.
Not looking for any special custom valving or anything, just trying to save some dough.

I asked this in the Suspension section but it doesn't seem to be getting a lot of looks.

Thanks,
Cory

Try www.tripointengineering.com for pricing. I know they rebuild struts/shocks and I think they do Koni's.

Might also try contacting someone at www.mazdamotorsports.com since they sell Koni's. They might be able to point you toward a rebuilder.

When I looked into it recently, it was $95.
Don't recall from whom. Bilstien rebuilds are
about the same.
