Keeping the RX-7 in good condition

I just got my 1987 GLE RX-7, I got the 60k tune up and whated to know what other things I could do to it to keep in it good condition, its in great shape right now with only 113k miles on it. right now its my daily driver untill I mod it into a racers dream so untill then what little things should I do to it to keep it in good condition and running great on the stock engine

All you need to do is follow the recommended maintenance procedures in the owners manual or Factory Service Manual (see FAQ). With regular maintenance the car will be very reliable.

If you just bought the car, then you will need to do a full inspection and replace any wear items (belts, hoses, bearings, brake pads, etc.) as well as check for common problems (many of these are in the FAQ and the how-to-buy guides).

any flooding problems? That could be a sign of low compression or dirty injectors.
