k2rd fuel rail internal thread size? SOS

I just got the K2RD fuel rail
and it came with -6AN fitting on the outside
however I want to use -8AN and when I removed the fittings I noticed it is larger then -6AN
which is great

But I'm trying to figure out what size fitting fits in there
I emailed them but no replys

I bought a 3/8 to -8AN male fittings
and when you go to put in the 3/8 side into the rail
it goes in most of the way before it catches some thread and Finnaly tightens (I use a O-ring or course)

Is it I need some other type of fitting?
or is that normal?
I just don't want any leaks

Kabooski if i were you I wouldnt even sweat it, you can just go to your local Hydralic Supply shop where they should have all types of fittings for just about anything, Well im speaking from experience here in Miami, theres a shop that sells all Hydralic Supply stuff like the SS braided hoses an dfittings, also industrial clamps, and hoses, for FMIC. If I were you check there. Also could you PM me, with some onformation about how much for a Microtech tuning session with Rolo ? Thanks
