k-sport coil overs....?

has anyone used these? They look very similar to Stance in overall design, but are much cheaper.....any opinions would be great. Oh yeah, I will be using them for drifting, and some track days as well.

Generally speaking you get what you pay for. For one these are aluminum, meaning they're less durable for street use. For $850 monotube coilovers I wouldn't trust them to last a year of street driving, or to have anything approaching ideal damping.

There's been lots of discussions about these and other budget coilovers, do a search, something will come up. There's been lots of people getting, things like this and being happy with them, so unless you've experianced good damping it'll probably feel good enough to you.

that's kida what im seeing. Actually, I need them to be mad stiff to help the car slide a little better. The car also has a 5.0l ford in it, so i am a little noise heavy. I just want some opinions on $1000 and under coilover setups.

If you're going cheap get some GCs with KYBs, i figure that'd be fairly inexpensive.

well its not the price as much as the function. I dont want Penske, etc....I will never need anything like that. I found some stance GP Pros that are pretty nice....about $400 more, but seem to be geared more to my application. Any compliants on those?

ground controls...

you even get to pick your spring rates

for the budget minded coilovers that being able to pick your spring rates should be a big deciding factor
