thats a pretty good run, but you can run 14s with your car. that 2.5 60' is WAY to high. should AT LEAST be like 2.2. if you work on your launches I think that you will see mid 14s fairly easily. you may not think that a couple of tenths on your 60 foot time would make a difference, but it does make a HUGE differnce in your 1/4 mile time. I ran a 14.86@93.xx with a 2.20 60' in my 86 na. so you should be faster than me. but the differecnce between your car and my car is that I am nowhere near stock

my last rx7 - 86 GX n/a would do mid 14's in the 1/4 mile. It had cat back exhaust racing beat mufflers and a straight pipe. With K&N air filter. And a rebuilt engine. But thats it. BUT then i fortune cookied it into the side of a cement corner and that was the end of that nice car. On to my next one on tuesday a 87 GX...

Im 17, and am onto my 3rd rx7. This is not good at all. Im sorry for crashing them, the first time wasnt my fault...so I only really screwed up once, so i guess it isnt so bad. But I hate crashing them they are so beautiful. Im gonna be so careful with my next one...Its never gonna get hurt I promise!

Well its funny you say I was doing bad, met FastX7 (93) and he did a 15.1 on his first ever time at the drags...we went to a dyno on sat and he was blowing oil through something and posted only 161 RWHP. He thinks its his secondary turbo, thats gotta suck. My dyno, all stock 81K I pulled a best of 177.2 RWHP on a dynojet....so I now have a good baseline so when I start spending money, I can atleast think I am actually accomplishing something
