Just timed and and well just read
well i THOUGHT i had power before but at the same time didnt know what all the hassle of the rx-7...but now must i say nobody may touch my rx-7 and damn what a car...i timed it with info from this forum (which may i say ty and that was easier than a piston engine) but man when i test drove it after timing number one it started right up (unusual), and two it was spinning wheels and flat out moving i am in love....hehe but anyways ty alot and maybe i will get pictures here soon
I do not think they are all the same. I use a crafsman I bought at sears. I think it was about $70.00 bones. Works great, and has the timing advance **** on it.

sorry just got a lil excited....i redid the timing completely from how they said to do it on the forum. I was having less than normal power to say the least so since alot of other settings were wrong i decided to retime it. I lined up the marks on the crank and then I took the cas out and lined the marks up and put it back in tightened eveything and down and it was right on...completly perfect (which was awesome) before i really had to put my foot down to do anything, but that is not the case anymore hopefully improve the gas mileage (with the bad timing i was getting 135 miles to a tank :p)
