Ok, so I cranked it for a bit and wouldn't start.

Now, I'm guessing its one of these things, its either flooded or my dad says "it might need to be primered" I don't know how to do that... and I really doubt its flooded.

Can anyone help me?

 

First of all, just pull a plug in each housing to see if they're wet, instead of discounting the fact that she might be flooded...You'll know which way to go from there...

Perform the basic troubleshooting- she needs fuel, spark, and regulated air...And enough compression to get her fired off...
