Is it just me?

I just bought some DTSS bushings from mmr-direct and I've been looking at both mazdatrix and racingbeats install guides. Both mention the collar sticking out of the top on the flange side, my bushings have the collar sticking out the other end. Is it just a manufacturing error that could be corrected in a press or am I screwed? Also, if it can be corrected should I do as the rb directions say and grease, anti-seize I'm assuming, the collar and bushing? Also, my steel collar is not notched as far as I can tell, would this make a difference as well?

Well, I just went ahead and installed them without moving anything, when I went to torque the bolt to the 100lb-ft spec, the collar did move a bit but not too much.
