just installed TID mod, need help on BOV

here is a picture of my set up, i think this is set up right but its not getting any vaccum. if i rev it to 3k+ rpm and hold it for 3+ seconds. the boost builds up and the check valve opens. just letting all the air out like a blow dryer, then the engine starts to stumble. i have to put my hand over the check valve to seal it so the engine wont stall. i have tried to put the BOV's tube into the nipple #1 and #2, it does the same thing. tried a lot of combinations but still no luck. could my stock bov be faulty at 62k miles? i'm awaiting for my sard bov but its not going to be here until next week. so i'm using this for now.. can anybody help me?

the vac lines look fine... you don't have a boost gauge??

what do you mean you don't get vacum? you mean engine vacum at idle? reading off the stock gauge? does it idle bad?

probbaly something to do with the BOV being open vented. maybe the wrong check vavle or something... I think most people but the check valve before the BOV as well??

what is the HKS controller?? boost controller? that should be comming off the turbo, not off the manifold. but that won't change your problem.

i have a blitz tt boost gauge but i didnt mark that in my picture because i didnt think it was necessary. i T'd it to the HKS CONTROLLER line. i havent driven the car yet because i wanted to test to see if it works before i take it for a spin. yes, i'm talking about vacum at idle. well acutally, since i am idling normal and stable.. when i said i wasnt getting vacum, what i meant was that i dont think i am getting any in the BOV. because it isnt sucking the flap on the check valve closed. i never seen or heard of putting the check valve before the BOV.

yes, HKS EVC boost controller. i didnt do the install so i wouldnt know about it being in the wrong place. but there are 3 tubes coming out of the controller and i remember seeing one or two of the tubes going straight to the turbo.
