Just installed Racing Beat Down Pipe, Erratic Idle??

I just installed my dp the other day, what a piece of art that thing is so nice and chrome. Anyway it runs fine when I drive it around town, I'm boosting to 8psi now, instead of 5.5, but the damn thing will barely hold an idle, the O2 sensor didn't want to screw all the way in , I'm checking that now, but any other sugggestions?

I think I can hear a leak but I'm not sure, I'll have to tear down to find it, I just put a full tank of gas in and 2 bottles of injector cleaner......still nothing, is it safe to drive?
