just installed race pipe
I just installed a race pipe on my 89 Turbo...All I have to say, is its worth it!!!!!
I just have a drop in k&n, and I paid 60 bucks for the bonez race pipe, slapped it in, and damn it made a huge difference just with that....and its barely louder than it was.....
the main differences I noticed was not neccessaily more boost or tons hp, but my turbo spools up almost instantly and before when I hit high rpms in 3rd and 4th gear, boost and power would drop off the closer I got to 7k, now I get a solid 7 psi all the way 7k. It just feels a little more peppy and a lot more solid and smooth.
cant wait to get my downpipe next!!
