1.On what is needed for a rebuild you will have to take the engine apart and spec out the parts..
2. The engine will have to come aparts to change the seals.
3. The time depends on will you work on it 8 hrs a day? 1 week is more than enough time
4. 600-800 should be good if doing work yourself.
