Guess what poor spool up, I cannot build over 8 pounds at best. My boost controller is maxed out and thats still the best it will acheive. What to do now? What has everyone else done thats had this problem? Get the stage 3 rebuilt by Turbonetics or Majestic? I heard of one guy on here had to get his stage 3 rebuilt again by someone else and it spooled great after that.

my car did 187 with the stocker at 11psi, and 235 with my hybrid at 10psi.
plus my BOV couldnt flow the increased air and i was surging at shifts...
hybrid = lots more air.

Ok here is the mods list: RB Turbo back exhaust, FMIC with 2.5" piping, MBC, SAFC, 720 primary injectors, 890 secondary injectors, E-fan, aluminum radiator, BNR Stage 3 turbo, 3rd gen alt, 2.5 in TB inlet, 3" TID, Magnecore 10mm wires, RP fuel pump, and Centerforce StageII clutch.
I should have excellent flow, and the BNR at 7-8 PSI feels nothing like my stocker did at 20psi. It feels maybe like the stock one did at 12. Anyway I read other people on here complaining about their stage 3 turbos from BNR and Rpeck said he ended up sending his in and it ended up being to much of a clip from BNR. So unless someone has any ideas I will prolly have to send mine in somewhere else to to have it done right. I have searched and no one that has complained has posted what they have done to fix it, except Rpeck who got the whole thing redone. I am not trying to slam BNR ...yet, I am just wondering what is going on. Is there somthing I should try..? I already have new gaskets on, I also have the boost controller cranked. Before I cranked it I was getting like 3 psi. The boost controller was still set from the 20 psi setting on the stocker and then I cranked to the max to get the 8psi from the BNR. I was told I could expect to see full spool around 4k and I took it a hair over 7 and was lucky to hit 8psi.

your BOV could be leaking, you might need to readjust it.
You were running the stock turbo at 20psi?
If you're having problems the first thing you should do is call BNR and talk to Bryan about it. Robert (RPeck) never did this; BNR does warranty their work, after all. The number is (205) 640-1193.
Really you should be running a standalone with that much turbo, anyway. The AFM is a big restriction.
