How did you change the clutch?? I'm assuming you just dropped the tranny?
If you did, and the engine tilted a lot, it probably pulled a line off.
You should be able to hear the hiss of the vac leak.....
Check all the wires and lines around the top of the engine, at the back of the manifold by the firewall.
There is a sensor ground back there too- is that hooked up?
