The guy emailed me back and said this:

sorry about that..... I will cancel the Item soon......cuz I though you were not serious to but it.........anyway, what was your final bid price on ebay??? I'll send them out soon.......

I asked him to ship COD so I am hoping that will be safe.

I do hope it works out for you, just seems fishy. Remember you can't open a COD package b4 you pay for it. I would pick it up at the Post Office and let the postmaster witness you opening it just so he can see if you have been sent a box of scrap metal. It has happened to someone on this forum.

 

coll thanks banzai. If it comes UPS then I can open it because I know the UPS drivers well. I will take your advice on the USPS route.

What a dick this guy is! Damn if found someone like that trying to rip me off. I would cut their head off just to **** down there neck & feed the remainder of them to my Rottweiler.

Find out where he lives, and even if he is hundreds of miles away... tell him you live close to him and you will bring over cash and pickup the exhaust system. See what he says about that.
