Just blew my engine on my 89GXL / Swap time ?

I have an 89GXL 2500lb or less making 160rwp.
It detonated wile racing for around 8 seconds streight in fourth gear but the car was fine. Raced again next week and detonated again at the same rpm and gear. 7k in fourth , dont know why but noticed my timing is advanced and the S-AFC was set to -17percent 7-8k rpms. The dyno showed 13.8 a/f ratio with no detonation but I think the wind resistance put that load on the car it needed to detonate on the freeway but dont know for sure , I was also using couple ounces of pre-mix with 5 gallons of gas.

Anyways my **** is dead and barely drives. The car doesent even smoke though it just has no power and sounds like ***. The engine had 28k miles on it. It just blew apex sealz because the FRONT rotor has no compression. Dont know why that is exactly usually the rear rotor goes out.

My ? is should I swap a S4 turbo into the engine or S5 turbo into the engine ??? I can get both with great compresion for 800 fully dressed without the harness or ECU. Without the drivetrain as well but I can get a transmission no problem.

WIll I need the t11 diferential with the tranz ? because I want to use the N/A until it breaks for money reasons right now.

What else would I need besides bolting the enigne in and going. The coilz are the same and the only differnece is the Fuel side wiring harness and ECU and Pressure sensor although I think bambam found out that thier the same as the n/a. Any help to my ?s would be great. Thnx
