Junkyard find... fuel or performance chip?!?
I was at my local pick n pull the other day grabbing some parts. I snatched a black interior, NGK plugs, blah blah and came across this...
This was bolted in underneath the passenger side carpet, where the ECU would be. It definitely didn't look stock, and I can't figure out what it is.
The FC was an s5, if that makes a difference.
Does anyone have any idea what it is?

the black box that says DEI 451m is a door lock module from DEI the makers of viper alarms it is made to boost small mil amp out puts from alarm door lock out puts to run acuators it is essetially two micro relays in one box.
the clear box DEI 452 appears to be a battery back up control module . these are not performance parts and are basically useless unless you have the rest of the system
These are all components of an aftermarket alarm system

Hell no I didn't. It had a price tag of $50 written on it.. and $50 for something I don't know... yea right.
SO its safe to say this is by far no performance thing? Sure its a alarm setup component?
