Jumping idle

Jumping idle = bad or mis-adjusted TPS or bad timing.
It is seldom any sort of vac leak, vac leaks result in a higher than normal idle or stalling.
Just because you adjusted the TPS with a meter, doesn't mean that it was adjusted correctly. The engine needs to be hot, and the connections perfect. If you are convinced that it is right on, check it again at the ECU plugs. 99% of the time it will be different in hard to set TPS issues.
and the bumps in this thread have been deleted. Bumps are forbidden here in the 2nd gen tech sections
