Jspec T2 smog?

Is the Jspec T2 motor able to smog out of the box in california? Also are n/a and t2 cats the same?

The main cat is the same.

Properly running a S4 Jspec will pass actual test on a S4 car, but not visual if you have someone that knows about rotarys and can find the EGR.

S5 on a S5 car should be an issue at all, as long as the engine is running correctly (which rules out the majority of non-rebuilt Jspecs).
