Jerky driving?

Ok when i'm driving and just holding a constant speed my car seems to jerk. The RPMs will drop about 200 and then go back up. And shes running ritch. Any thoughts on why? It just started doing this out of the blue

I would start with the TPS adjustment, and go from there. You would be suprised how much driveability can be affected by a misadjusted TPS>
