I dont think its possible. You will need a S5 harness, n/a or turbo.
One reason why I think its not possible (or just harder) is that the maf wiring, the tps wiring, and many emissions wiring (unless you are taking them out) are different from S4 to S5. They will not work.
And when you go with S5 harness, you will need S5 ecu.
As for the interior harness, If switching from S4 to S5 ecu you will probably need the S5 interior harness also. Not pretty sure.

That will help you out immensely

You didn't search well enough. It is pointless to use the harness from the turbo car. Stick with the n/a ecu.

Check here:

Not impossible but not really worth it either.

Why use the n/a ecu? Isnt the timing and fuel maps different. And yes im to lazy to search.

you will be fine. the only rewire you may have to do with with injector impedance.

make sure to get n318 air flow meter and pressure sensor.

Wouldn't it be so much easier using an S5 T2 harness and ecu? I don't understand why FC owners cheap out so badly... its sad.

None of that would match up with the rest of the car's wiring. There's a reason no one does cross-series swaps, and it's not cost.

OP, get a standalone and end all these headaches.

It's generally easier to use the N/A wiring harness since they have the alternator wiring. TII's on the other hand don't, since the alternator wiring is located on the chassis harness.

I started the same exact swap and then stopped midway and bought a standalone. Its not remotely cost-effective, its a waste of time and there are absolutely no advantages to attempt wiring it in to the existing harness. Plus i remember the harness needed to be stretched like another 3ft to reach the ecu. And it took me a couple months to get useful diagrams because i had to find them already translated. Go out and buy a cheap microtech or haltech and save urself a lot of problems.

Good Luck

i didn't know about the fp relay. to me the easiest way to check would be to see if it plugs in to the ECU.

Patience, my friend. Are you swapping the interior harness to s5 or s4?
