j-spec t2 swap

a friend of mine told me something about the j-spec motor wont run right because in japan they run on 100 octain fuel. but here we use 92. is this right?

it will run fine, ive seen many people run jdm motors, the usa and jdm engines are the same, just jdm they had a bit different emissions setup...

run a jdm...that's what I have and love it...were doing the rebuild now and noticed that the intake ports are slightly larger than the US ones.
