j-spec lsd question

Is the lsd in a j-spec convertable the same as one in any other j-spec lsd? Also this will fit an a-spec car? I am thinking they are and do,but just wanted to make sure.

Any jspec lsd will be the same the only difference youd have to worry about is what gears are in the lsd. 3.9 4.1 or 4.3....You would also need turbo halfshafts to use the lsd.

The Jspec cars use a 8" differential, weither they were convertibles or coupes (unlike the north american versions).

And as Rotorific pointed out, gears also vary, based on tranny.

it will fit in a Turbo rear end... too big for a Non Turbo, unless you swap the whole thing
