j-spec engine in my 88TII

I've blown an apex seal and ruined a rotor housing so i'm looking at either a rebuild or swapping out for a low mileage j-spec engine.

I have no idea about where to pick up a good used j-spec or what to look for in one when I find one. Will I need a different computer to run it? What all is involved in doing the swap? Anything special I need to be aware of? I've built and raced my own small block chevy's for 10 years but the rotary engine and computer systems are a new deal to me.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Greg
