I've got a question

I drive about 10 blocks to work every day in my FC and i hate to shut it off cold for fear of getting a seal stuck on carbon. (this is what i've heard)...

So i guess my question is... Is it ok to drive 10 blocks without warming up the car then just shut it off??? or should i be giving it 5-10 minutes of warmup time before i go anywhere???

if you have driven 10 blocks, the engine should be warm.

Generally not a bad thing to warm up the car for at least 30 seconds before driving it though.
