Did you change the copper crush washer?
Did you put threadlocker on the bolt threads?

Oh, that explains it!
The crush washer can be bought from the Mazda dealer.
IF you have a torch, you can anneal the copper washer to be able to reuse it.  In a pinch, you can coat the washer with a thin coat of RTV.

MORE IMPORTANT, you need to threadlock the bolt threads.  I like to use Permatex PST (pipe sealant with teflon), and coat at least a 1/2" length in the middle of the bolt threads.  Clean the threads as much as you can - I know it's hard cause of all the oil and crud from the old threadlocker, but get as much of the crap off before threading it back in.

I normally impact it off.  Else, I use the starter trick to get it off.

Mazda spec is about 100 lb-ft, but I just use an impact gun to put it back on.
