Angry Issues....Need some help.

Well, the Turbo II has been a hell of a project thus far, today I was troubleshooting erratic idle sticking and random ourbursts of revving from 1k to 6k while sittin in the driveway warming up. Then today, it didnt want to be a nice wankel and start after leaving the parts store. At first I could crank and get nothing, and then I could crank give it some gas and start it up......and the tach wasnt working. Then I turned it off, got it started again with the tach working. I get it home, and replace my home made vac line caps with real ones, clean up things, and hunt down errant vac leaks and install a oil catch can. After I get what I think is all the vac leaks hunted down, I try to start my car, and it does the sluggish turn over and the solenoids rapid fire and dont even try to turn the **** over.


Injectors just got rebuilt, no emissions, no anything really, Bare block with 2 vac lines, setup for premix. TB Mod, no dashpots, see pics...

And everytime I get out of my car lately it seems to shock the **** out of me.....i dont recall it doing this just a few days ago.....


So, what could cause the tach not to work?
I am guessing alternator or battery is toast?
Going to get both checked tomorrow.
Um yeah.

Any other ideas..

"what else can go" = Fuel PD? I think ok (black thing) I think is a flange for the BOV.

Well I am pretty sure I have no major issues, 1 being the UIM to LIM is leaking. I think. And the other being when I turn my key, all lights flash inside and nothing happens.
