interor lights? fuse box

hey, i have an 86 s4 and my interior lights and the clock desnt work and was wondering if its the fuse or what, its been like that ever since i got the car (bout a week ago). i cant find the fuse box either, ive looked near the left foot rest but i dunno, is it different in australia?

It could be a number of things. The interior light switches have a habit of rusting, and the clock is a common failure point...

However, to check the fuse box, just pull each fuse and run it through a continuity test. Fuse locations can be found on the underside of the fuse box cover, and in the manual.

i had the same problem, i found out my problem was the fuse... and it was next to the foot rest and up a little bit, when i looked at it, the fuse that was blown was called "room" - just a stupid little #10 fuse, i replaced it and it all worked fine
