Intermintent Fuel starve and then resumes?

OK so Yet another Issue to deal with... I did A search and didnt come up with the same problem i have.. However Everyone has different words to use for the problem so here it go's

So just today im getting my car back together. I go for a drive. i am at like half throttle and the car just looses all engine power.. Then returns soon afterwards.. did it every 10 or so seconds then runs fine then returns and does it agian...

So i get it home and at idle it still does it but wont stall out all the way it will return running agian after it almost stalls... So i pull one of the Leading coil wires to see if there is a spark problem and nope spark is constent when this issue happends...

Anyone have any special tools i can see if the fuel injectors might stop firing. Or if the fuel pressure is dropping?

Or anyone that has had this problem Before please throw me a few things to check im at a loss.

I might also ad its Both rotors loosing all power

OK found something Interesting about the Mass air flow sensor when this problem is happening.. I took the air filter off.

The door to the airflow sensor opens 3/4 by its self on idle.. Anyone Know why the door would open to stall the car out when gas isnt applied?
