GA interior and running light issues

whats up guys has anyone else had this problem.this is the second time this has happend i've replaced the headlight switch and the harness it fixed the problem but now a year later im back to the same problem.any suggestion on how to fix this for good?

From: tulsa,ok.
You could install a relay to prevent too much amps from damaging the circuits. You could also have dirty light sockets to the various bulbs powered by the switch causing your repeated problem.

Thanx for the help its really weird cause its almost like there's a short cause sometimes they come on but u turn the car off and it site for a day then they aren't working again

Then there could also be a dirty contact within the switch itself causing it to be rather iffy and unpredictable or possibly a loose connection in the associated wiring harness.
