Interior Panel/carpet problem

I stripped my interior panels and carpet and what not, and i decided to put it back to gether, but the problem is that the little pins that hold the panels and carpet together, when i took them out i kinda just left them, and they got stepped on and stuff.. now i need to replace them. does anyone know the exact name for those, or where i can get them?

thanks in advance

Woah. Kudos for that website. Always wondered where I would find those things.

OK so now that I'm going to order some door panel clips.... Which ones match our cars?

The door panal ones look, and measure pretty close to this.

Anyone use these on doors? Can't beat the price!

The local fastener store should have a wide selection. Most good auto parts stores also have a body/interior clip isle. I believe the part you are looking for is commonly called a "fir tree".

I got some at the "body shop supplier" by my place. Dam things where too big and just didn't work. Since they have a few listed on that link, i figured someone musta ordered some.

They do come in several sizes though, so you need to make sure you buy the right ones no matter where they come from.

Yeah the ones I got where YEARS ago,and were for a toyota. Held great, but would break the panels if you tryed to remove them. DOH!

I'm going to double check the mesurements on that site and maybe order some and see how they are. My calipers(mesurment ones, not brakes) show the size to be right on.

this should be checked out as to which part numbers are appropriate for our cars.
