ok the stereo got stolen out of my rex when the previous owner owned it...and the bastiches cut the harness, so i had the factory service manual and went about wiring in my pioneer deck and now the interior lights dont work? i checked the fuses and they're all fine...any ideas?

you shouldn't tapping into the lighting harness. is it the gauge lights and heater control lights, or just the dome/ door marker lights? I've blown that fuse before and my those lights wouldn't work (dome/ door)

none of the radio harness wires effects the lights, i think. if i were you id check the fuses again because they seem to blow out when youre not looking. well at least for me they do. hope this helps, if not you should check the bulbs or the wiring again and look for the ILL 12v+ wire and see if its hooked up right. my 2 cents peace

ohh one more thing. it could be bad groundwires too.

check the ROOM fuse too. that's common to blow all the time and that affects the interior lighting

Just because a fuse looks good doesnt mean it is. Check for continuity or you could just replace the fuse to be sure.
