interior

Is there a place or company that sells the plastic interior parts like the one that surrounds the radio and stuff, or do i just have to look around for cars being parted out?

pretty much have to try and hunt for a car that's being parted out...hard to find most of that stuff. Try to find an S5...their interiors are better.

As you know the plastic in all 10 year old cars gets brittle. No matter how gentle you are, the screw posts will crack. . Here is the trick – Bondo Marine Epoxy Putty Stick. You knead up a bean sized blob and mould it around each screw post to reinforce it. A whole new post tip can be formed with a short piece of tube (cut from a radio antenna) filled with epoxy putty. You mold the hole with a nail while it’s still soft. It takes 2-3 hours to do the whole thing. You can reinforce any interior plastic with this stuff. Just mold a patch on the back side. If the epoxy patch does come loose later, rebond it with super glue..

I have also repaired the water pump housing & the plastic radiator top tank with that stuff
