intercooler co2 sprayer kit

i met this one guy from canada, he drives the older supras. he has a big t7x turbo. with a fmic, and nos, he said he's putting out 700hp with his new motor. he is using a nx intercooler spayer kit, dont know if he's using co2 or nos but it doesnt matter, he said it gave me 30 more hp to the wheels. does it work that good for our cars? any extra tuning i would have to do it for that? has anyone tried it? is it worth it?

eric.

Basically it cools the fins on the intercooler. The colder the better. It can help w/ higher hp cars, depends on what u got. If its the stock tmic probably not. If u got like a bigger turbo and fmic it would probably be worth it.

I'd love to see somebody pushing 700 whp with a 13bt..or RE/REW for that matter. It takes ALOT... ALOT to get to that point... without it being one hell of a ported/race ready motor. Why spray it on the intercooler? Why not just run a 100+ shot of nitrous directly into the intake to help A)cool the charged air and B)well.. use nitrous for its "real" purpose. Some of the BIG turbo drag guys use nitrous for the basic reason of cooling the intake air...

Well If your not putting it into the engine you don't have to worry about it's instant cooling factor and fuel problems.

If it's on the IC then you are just reducing the heatsoak from the engine/turbo.
