Get a new one from Mazda, a used one from a wrecker, or take the old one to a hose supplier and match it.

If you're using the GReddy pipe kit, that fitting is actually 7/8" if you measure it.  The stock fitting under the BAC valve measures 5/8" - this is why you're splitting the hoses.  The cheap way is to get a 7/8" hose and clamp it tight - any coolant/heater hose will work.  You can get a 12" section from the local auto parts store for like $1.  I went the EXPENSIVE route and bought a 5/8" to 7/8" silicone reducer hose made by SAMCO from Pegasus Racing for $30.

No, it's a straight reducer.  The hose has a slight bend to it, and the SAMCO hose can bend a little, no problem.

7/8" x 5/8" (22mm x 16mm) I.D. straight reducer
Part number SR22.16
$18.99

Now that I think about it, it might've been the 3/4" reducer...

3/4" x 5/8" (19mm x 16mm) I.D. straight reducer
Part number SR19.16
$17.99

Measure the fittings to make sure you get the right size.
I'm pretty sure the BAC valve side is 5/8".
