The second one - for sure.

The foam (mushroom style) filters are free breathing, but they let more dirt through than the other types.

How about neither?

Bonez is a great product for the price. Or put together your own kit. Both will be cheaper. Investing in a cold air box (VinSpeed (search Yahoo!)) or search on a CAI.
