i want to run a "duct" down into the brake duct to get air. before i cut the sheetmetal, i want to make sure there isnt any wiring,lines, or important pieces under it.

about halfway down the post you can see that guys setup, i want to cut a ~3 inch hole and route it down there. also, when i cut this hole, what is between the brake duct and there, anymore cutting required? its hard to see when everything is on the car.. thanks ahead of time

 

can anyone help me? i dont want to hack into anything i shouldnt.
