I'm assuming you are talking about a 2nd gen, and that you got a cone-style air filter and are removing your stock air box. In that case, you would remove the hose that goes to the air pump, and place a much smaller filter (often included with your new one) on the air pump where the hose used to go. That should be all the hoses there are. Of course you'll need to make sure and plug in the MAS if you have disconnected it, or else you'll never get an idle.
