Intake manifold off. Anything I should do while it's off?
Ok the intake manifold is off, my car didn't even come close to passing smog now I'm out to kill.
I pulled it off so I could look at the fuel system. Injectors and Pulsation dampener for example.
I checked out the EGR and it was caked with black crap.
Ok according to the Haynes manual the injector resistance range is 1.5-3.0 Ohms. One lower injector is 3.9 and the other is 4.8. the Upper injectors are 2.8 on both of them. Should I replaces the lower ones? or can I swap them for now for smog purposes.
the Pusation Dampener, agian according to the Haynes manual, should pulsate, you should feel it, I don't feel anything should I replace that?
Anything helps right now. I need to get this thing to pass smog

I have no idea as far as the other stuff goes, but you should get a can of intake cleaner and spray it out really really well.. remove all the carbon and crap. I did this on my car and it idles alot better and it is WAY smoother.
The pulsation damper is a trouble spot. Replace it if you value your car. Replace all the hardened vacuum hoses with new silicone ones. Replace the flexible fuel lines (or at least the rear one connecting the fuel rails). If the EGR is leaky it can actually be repaired - PM me for details. Also get new injector o-rings, and check the operation of the thermowax. thats all I can think of for now.
