Installing a S4 lightened flywheel on a S5

Well heres my question:

I can get an Al flywheel for pretty cheap but its off a S4. Can I use this on my S5 and just keep my stock counter weight? Will this bolt up no problem?

Thanks,
Paul

Correct, you just need the S5 auto counterweight for the corresponding engine aspiration.

After doing a bit more reading I think I will have to buy a separate S5 counterweight because all I have is the stock flywheel which the counter weight is built in (correct me if I'm wrong)

Yea, only automatics came with the counterweights which you need to use this aftermarket flywheel. Sometimes they're sold on behalf of the company producing the flywheel as well.
