Installing roof spoiler, drill washer nozzle?

Hello everyone, haven't posted in quite a while. The poor 7 has been getting neglected.
I am installing a roof spoiler and want to be sure before drilling that I have the right spot. It looks like the stud from the spoiler lines up with the washer nozzle, can anyone confirm? I have read that people have installed it too high and cannot open the hatch afterwards.
Thanks!

I was able to get it mounted. I was unsure of drilling a perfectly good hatch, but yes; drill through the washer nozzle. Now to see if I can keep my washer nozzle somehow...
